    Your website should not be left on autopilot. Sustaining and mastering effective maintenance practices will guarantee that your users derive maximum value from the site. 

Development Updates

Your intranet is constantly being improved and updated. Development improvements are occurring constantly with the SMLWRLD platform, and these improvements are also deployed across all SMLWRLD Intranets. If you come across any new functionality or features post launch, we would be delighted to work with you in developing what you need.

New Intranets

Following the launch of your intranet, SMLWRLD will focus on:

  • staff onboarding and assistance
  • issue resolution
  • site health checks
  • responding to and/or actioning staff feedback
  • implementing content schedules and content structure

As part of ongoing engagement and support, SMLWRLD will continue to be there to provide advice, support, and additional training where required. Please refer to your SLA for further details regarding your specific level of support.
