Main article statuses
The main article statuses are:
- Draft
- For Approval
- Published
- Archived
- Deleted
All sites use Draft, Published and Deleted. Archived and For Approval are optional.
What an article status controls
The status controls:
- if the article dispays on the site or not
- who the article is visible to
A change in status may send email notifications.
Status matrix
