Data Centre

What is the Data Centre?

The Data Centre allows you to create reports on people, content and sections.

We can filter the data or add detail to our reports using:

  • Properties – basic default details stored for every item e.g. title, creation date, sub-type, status
  • Attributes – custom information or fields e.g. a list of event catageories
  • Relationships – connections between items in the database e.g. content author, section member, section content

Access the Data Centre

  • Go to Admin Menu > Reporting > Data Centre
  • Then select one of the following:
    • Person Report
    • Content Report
    • Section Report
