Branding

The look and feel of your intranet is important in reinforcing the organisational culture to your staff.

Inputs include:

  • Brand guidelines
  • Brand assets, logos, fonts
  • Existing materials (annual reports, leaflets)
  • Themes from user research

Outputs include:

  • Design concepts - homepage, profiles, key article templates and 2-page examples (this may be more if there are significant design differences between areas)
  • Online style guide - a style guide is created and added to your intranet for internal content editors and designers to follow. Here is a style guide example
