Dropbox

About

Dropbox is a tool that allows you to upload, store, share and receive files. Storing Files Dropbox is a personal, secure storage space for your files. You can upload files to your Dropbox and then access them from anywhere in the world. Sharing Files You can share files in your Dropbox with clients, customers and colleagues, allowing you to exchange files too large to be sent by conventional email. When you share a file your recipient(s) receive an email with a web link to download the file. They do not have to have a login to the site to access the file. You can keep track of the files you have shared with other people in the Shared Files tab. For each file, you can see: When the file was shared Who the file has been shared with If the file has been downloaded. Receiving Files You can view files that have been shared with you in the Received Files tab. From here you can either add files to your Dropbox or download them to your computer. Note: It is recommended that you download any file you wish to keep as soon as possible. If the sender deletes the file from their Dropbox you will no longer be able to access it.
