SMLWRLD Unlimited fully supports communities, which can be public (for all staff) or private (enforced using our powerful permissions system). A good example of a private community this is a Team Room we designed for the East London Foundation Trust Intranet. Here the collaboration and conversations were around a particular area of expertise, in the case specialist addiction.
This team room, housing documents, articles, questions and conversations, is private - only visible to and contributable to by its members. Members can be added and removed by one or more named admins, in this case the team room supervisor.
