Profiles and organisational directory

Below is an example of integration with an existing Active Directory (part of the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem) to create organisational structure and phonebook.

profile edit(2).jpgFor information that was not part of the Active Directory, users are able to update their personal profiles within the intranet, including the ability to specify who they are managed by. This information is then used to create interactive organisational relationships between profiles and as such an organisational map of the whole organisation. This relational information can be taken automatically from Microsoft 365 (via Active Directory), or inputted manually vie the SMLWRLD Unlimited profiles.

The example below shows a dedicated section to delivering an organisational directory.

Some user profile data is captured from Active Directory and an HR system with additional data added by the user, in this case reporting lines, which then allows an organisational structure to be built and navigated.

This can be completely customisable to ensure that each user can provide any details specific to the requirements of the organisation. SMLWRLD Unlimited also has the capability of having multiple user types, allowing different users to have different profile requirements.
