This allows custom online form templates to be created by administrators. Each form consists of a number of user inputs and data gathering features. Forms can also be prefilled with users' personal information, if relevant. They can be used across the organisation for HR submissions, IT device and software requests, and any custom form that may be required.
After the form is submitted a workflow is initiated allowing various configurable stages of approval and communication. Notification emails are sent at every stage to the relevant parties (administrators, approvers, form submitter). The status and progress of each request can be monitored by all parties.
This forms tool can also be used to power staff surveys, consisting of a variety of question types, including multiple choice, text response, and single choice questions. Form submission data can be viewed and managed online, exported in excel for analysis, or even merged with other systems via API.
The same functionality can be used to manage surveys and polls.
