The tool can be used to show any data with any and all of the above requirements. In fact, the tool gives access to pretty much any data element in the database. Including but not limited to:

• Basic information
• Attributes and tagging information
• Information about the relationships it may have to other data (e.g. a news article relating to the HR team).
• Any tracking or usage information (e.g. how many users viewed a news article).

Information retrieved via this tool can be viewed online or exported as an MS Excel document allowing for record keeping or further analysis / manipulation.
