Examples of questions to ask staff in workplace interviews during the research phase.
The contextual interview could include:
- A discussion on their role and work
- A short tour of the workplace (where appropriate)
- An observation period where they show us what it’s like using the technology available
- A discussion on what they might want or need from a staff intranet.
These questions are just a guide and should be customised for each organisation and/or staff member.
